However, as part of our commitment to maintaining the exclusivity and integrity of our designs, we do not offer returns or refunds on any products purchased from our web store. Once an order is confirmed and dispatched, we are unable to process returns or refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.
Exchanges on Knitwear Collection Only:
We do offer exchanges exclusively within our Knitwear Collection, but only within 10 days of delivery. Please note that the customer will be responsible for the courier charges for both the return and reshipment of the exchanged item. The exchange must be of equal value or a higher price than the original item. If you wish to exchange a knitwear item, kindly reach out to us at info@salonijain.in within the specified time frame, and we will guide you through the process.
Please note that we do not offer any alterations, editions, or modifications on our knitwear pieces. They are fully fashioned and cannot be edited once produced. We recommend carefully reviewing the product details and sizing guides before making a purchase to ensure your satisfaction.
Alteration Services on Brocade Collection Only:
For selected items, we offer alteration services to accommodate adjustments such as size or fit, available within 10 days of delivery. Our alteration services are designed to enhance your experience with our creations and ensure that your purchase is as perfect as possible. To request alterations, please contact us within the 10-day period, providing your order number and a detailed description of the alteration required.
Please note that alteration services are only available for certain items and are subject to the condition of the product upon return. We are unable to accept alterations, exchanges, or modifications after the 10-day period. We recommend thoroughly checking your order upon delivery and carefully reviewing product descriptions, sizing guides, and images on the web store before making a purchase to ensure your full satisfaction.
We do not provide any kind of refunds, exchanges, or returns on our brocade items. They are exclusively made to order. Once confirmed, these pieces are crafted specifically for you, and therefore cannot be exchanged or returned.
