SHIPPING WITHIN INDIA
We offer free shipping across India. Your order will be delivered within 15-20 days once it is placed.
SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF INDIA
Shipping charges apply to all international orders. Shipping and handling rates vary based on factors such as the product, size, volume, packaging, and destination. You will be able to view the final shipping and handling charges at checkout after you enter your shipping address.
DUTIES & TAXES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Custom duties and taxes for international orders are not included in your order total and are charged separately from the shipping fees paid at checkout. Most countries impose duties on imported goods, which are assessed at the time of port entry. These duties vary based on the destination country and the items being imported. You will be required to pay the applicable duties and taxes directly to the shipping agency at the time of delivery.
SHIPPING OF PRODUCTS
All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse in New Delhi. Products will be delivered to the address provided at checkout.
TRACKING YOUR PACKAGE
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and the shipping agency's details. You can track the status of your order by entering the tracking number on the shipping agent's website.
NON-AVAILABILITY AT DELIVERY
Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver your package up to three times before returning it to us. Please ensure you provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including the zip code and a valid mobile number, to help expedite the delivery process. Please note that orders returned due to non-availability for delivery will not be eligible for refunds, re-fulfillment, or credit notes in lieu of the original order.

For deliveries within India, we accept all major debit and credit cards (including MasterCard, Visa, and American Express), as well as Net Banking across major banks, UPI, and Wallets.
Please note that Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available at the moment.
For international orders, we accept major credit cards, including MasterCard, Visa, and American Express.
